Project De Pijp (1st floor) 

For this luxury appartement in the hippest area of Amsterdam, The Pijp are, Van Essen Interiors stripped the complete first floor including the facade. 

We created an open floor plan with japanese influence by using custom made sliding doors to either open or close the two bedrooms and wellness area. This enables the natural light from the garden side to enter the second bedroom on the streetside and vice versa. 

We places floor to ceiling glass doors in the master bedroom after removing the complete facade to give the natural lighting full change to uplift the mood. The wellness area is open and continues on a platform into the bedroom with a stand alone bath.

Custom made bathroom vanity, sliding doors and walk in closed in the second bedroom.
