AI Workflow Pilot for Dutch Interior Design Studios

Make Your Interior Design Studio AI-Ready in Four Weeks

Do you run an interior design studio and know that AI can make a big difference for your business, but are you still struggling to incorporate it into your daily workflow on a consistent basis?

Maybe you've already tried out a few different tools. Maybe you're not sure which AI platforms are truly relevant to your studio. Or maybe you simply don't have the time to research, test, and implement everything on your own.

That is why, in September 2026, I will launch a one-time AI Workflow Pilot for five selected Dutch interior design studios.

In four weeks, I'll help you and your team select the right AI tools, learn how to use them, and implement them directly into your existing workflow.

No endless list of tools.
No random tutorials without a clear practical application.
No spending months figuring out for yourself what works and what doesn't.

We focus exclusively on what your studio needs.

Why this pilot?

Almost three years ago, I started training interior designers in how to use Midjourney. Since then, I've developed a complete AI workflow and have been teaching designers how to work with tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Kling, MyArchitectAI, and Magnific.

In the process, I discovered that established interior design studios need more than just a general online course.

Every studio operates differently, faces different challenges, and aims to achieve different results. That’s why a personalized approach is needed: first, analyze where AI can truly add value; then, select the right tools and implement them together.

That is exactly what we will be doing during this pilot.

What will you receive during the pilot?

1. A Personalized AI Workflow Analysis

We’ll start with a comprehensive online kick-off session in which we’ll analyze your studio’s workflow, challenges, and objectives.

Among other things, we are investigating:

  • where you and your team waste an unnecessary amount of time;

  • which recurring tasks can be performed more efficiently;

  • how you can create stronger, higher-quality design presentations;

  • how AI can support your creativity;

  • how you can develop distinctive visuals;

  • How to use AI to attract more appealing projects and clients through Instagram.

2. A Customized Selection of AI Tools

After the analysis, we’ll determine which AI tools and platforms truly contribute to your studio’s goals.

So you don't have to research dozens of tools yourself or constantly keep up with all the latest developments. We select only the tools that are best suited to your projects, work methods, and goals.

3. Four weekly training sessions for you and your team

For four weeks, you and your team will receive a two-hour online training session each week.

The training sessions are tailored to your studio and the tools you've chosen. Whenever possible, we work with material from your own projects so that you can immediately put everything into practice.

So you won't just learn what's possible. During the pilot, your studio will actually start using the tools.

4. Four weeks of personalized VIP support

During the implementation, you'll have direct access to me through a personal support line.

Are you stuck on something, not getting the results you want, or do you have a technical question? You'll receive a response within 24 hours, so you can move forward and won't have to figure everything out on your own again.

Which interior design studios is this pilot intended for?

The AI Workflow Pilot was developed for established Dutch interior design studios that are seriously committed to implementing AI into their daily workflows.

The pilot is a good fit for your studio if:

  • you have a professional and substantial portfolio;

  • you have several active projects that we can work on during the training sessions;

  • you and your team are willing to invest four weeks of active time in the implementation;

  • whether you work as a small studio or with a professional-level team;

  • you're active on Instagram and have already built up a relevant audience there.

Instagram is relevant here because we don't just use AI to work more efficiently. You'll also learn how to use high-quality visuals to attract the premium projects and clients that are a good fit for your studio.

What's included?

The pilot includes:

  • a personalized analysis of your current workflow;

  • at least ten hours of analysis and customized training;

  • four weekly two-hour online training sessions;

  • four weeks of personalized VIP support;

  • Twelve months of access to the AI Workflow Course for up to five team members;

  • Twelve months of access to Midjourney Mastery for up to five team members;

  • The AI Prompt Guide;

  • The AI Prompt Template.

The pilot investment

The standard investment for an intensive AI implementation project is:

€2,500 (excl. VAT)

Because I want to develop a number of strong case studies for the international rollout of this service, I am offering this pilot on a one-time basis to five Dutch interior design studios for:

€497, excluding VAT

In exchange for this significantly discounted pilot rate, I ask that you provide honest feedback and, if you're satisfied, a short video review that I can use as a case study.

Your experiences will help me further refine this implementation service and roll it out internationally.

Sign Up for the AI Workflow Pilot

In August 2026, I will select the five interior design studios that are the best fit for this pilot and are the most motivated to actually implement AI.

Would you like your studio to participate?

Please send an email before September 1, 2026, to marielle@mariellevanessen.com and answer the following three questions in your email:

  1. What is the name of your interior design studio? Please also include your website and Instagram account.

  2. What challenges are you currently facing, and how could AI help you with them? Think, for example, of saving time, creating more compelling design presentations, designing more creatively, or attracting more appealing projects.

  3. Have you worked with AI before? What have you tried, and why haven't you been able to integrate AI into your workflow on a regular basis yet?

I’m really looking forward to personally introducing five Dutch interior design studios to the possibilities of AI.

Not to replace your own creativity, but to make your work smarter, more efficient, and more impactful—and to finally put an end to the overwhelm that all these new AI tools can cause.

Have a wonderful, creative day!
